The Practical RSO Refresher Training Course is designed for individuals with responsibilities as a RSO working under a CNSC licence. This unique course provides participants with practical applications to meet CNSC and provincial regulatory requirements while dealing with radioactive materials, devices and medical patients.
Our course is designed to meet the current administrative and technical challenges in implementing a radiation safety program to meet CNSC requirements. Course tools allow participants to develop and maintain excellence in radiation safety program at their own facilities.

- Regulations (federal and provincial)

- Case Studies – commercial, medical and research
- Training and education of staff

Class discussions and exercises supplement training material. Significant class time is devoted to practical scenarios.
